Resolving issues pertaining to Switches, Hard Drives, EMC product based Interfaces.
Have technical knowledge on replication, backup restore and migration of data.
Remotely connecting to the system to verify system configuration information and perform health checks.
Proficient with EMC Centera product, trouble-shooting on issues with the product.
Administrative tools include EMC Centera Viewer and Putty connection to troubleshoot and resolve the dial home alert.
Executing Linux based commands on the platform.
Tools include using secure shell client like Putty to run a remote session to connect to Linux based storage platform.
Providing remote support to global customers of EMC Centera storage product.
